Return & Refund Policy
At A Raw Find, we want you to love what you ordered. Since our products are fulfilled by independent suppliers, we do not accept physical returns at this time.
If something isn't right, we've got you:
- Damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Wrong item received? Reach out and we'll make it right immediately.
- Changed your mind? We're unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but please contact us — we'll do our best to help.
How to reach us: Email us at amandarayman@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
